Within 7 days after the delivery of the logistics information, if the return is caused by product quality problems, we will refund the full amount after receiving the return and confirming that it is correct, and bear all logistics costs.
If the repair demand is caused by product quality problems after 7 days but within 12 months, we will provide accessories and repairs free of charge. The ownership of the repaired machine belongs to the customer, and the customer handles it by himself. Both parties bear their own part of the logistics costs, that is, the freight for returning the goods is borne by us, and the freight for sending out after the repair is borne by the customer.
After the 1-year warranty period, we provide lifetime paid repair after-sales service. The ownership of the repaired machine belongs to the customer. The customer needs to pay the corresponding accessories and repair costs. At the same time, all logistics costs are borne by the customer.
